These terms govern use of the RMK Gallery website and any inquiry, commission, or purchase made through the gallery. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Artwork information

RMK Gallery makes reasonable efforts to present artwork, color, scale, materials, condition, and availability accurately. Screens and photography may affect appearance. Dimensions, price, availability, framing, installation, and shipping details should be confirmed before purchase.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after payment and availability are confirmed. RMK Gallery may cancel or refund an order if an artwork is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be shipped safely. Taxes, shipping, insurance, duties, and installation may be charged separately.

Shipping, returns, and damage

Shipping timing and method depend on the artwork. Inspect deliveries promptly and report visible loss or damage with photographs and packaging information. Because originals and commissions are unique, returns are accepted only when agreed in writing before purchase or required by law.

Commissions

Commission scope, size, materials, schedule, price, deposits, revisions, delivery, and cancellation terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. Creative interpretation remains part of the artist’s process.

Copyright

All artwork and website imagery remain protected by copyright. Purchasing a work transfers ownership of the physical object only, not reproduction, licensing, merchandising, or commercial-use rights unless agreed in writing.

Website use and liability

You may browse and share links for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, alter, or exploit website content without permission. The website is provided on an “as available” basis and these terms are governed by applicable laws where RMK Gallery operates.
